1. Agreement and website purpose
These terms govern www.apexcollisionrepair.com, operated by Apex Collision Group LLC, doing business as Apex Collision (“Apex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, discontinue use.
The website provides information about Apex Collision, our planned opening, services, and subscription programs. Opening dates, hours, and service availability may change. Submitting a form does not reserve repair capacity or guarantee an appointment.
2. Estimates, repairs, and warranties
Website repair information and any general pricing or timing information are informational unless confirmed in a separate written agreement.
Submitting a request, vehicle information, or photographs does not authorize repairs or create a binding repair contract. Repair authorizations, payment obligations, storage charges, and warranties are addressed in separate service documents and applicable law.
Insurance coverage and claim payments are determined by the applicable insurer and policy. Website information does not guarantee coverage or payment.
Any lifetime guarantee or other warranty is subject to its written coverage, conditions, and exclusions. Request the written warranty before authorizing services. These terms do not reduce rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

By separately opting in to the Apex Collision text-message program, you agree to receive grand-opening announcements, promotional messages, and related updates described at enrollment. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

5. Email subscriptions
By separately subscribing to Apex Collision emails, you request grand-opening announcements, promotional emails, and related updates described at signup.
